Two new original works by Carne Griffiths are on show at the Eyestorm stand at Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead, along with our embroidered edition ‘The Great Escape’ which was launched earlier this year.

Jacky Tsai’s two brand new limited edition screenprints Save Empress Wu and War War War gained a fantastic response at recent art fairs in London and New York. Since we first started showing Jacky Tsai’s work almost four years ago in the summer of 2011, we’ve published fourteen Eyestorm editions and two series’ of 15 unique playing cards, as well as representing two additional editions exclusively.

‘Drinkers’, an exhibition of work by artist and comedian Vic Reeves at Lutyens Wine Bar in Fleet Street runs until mid July 2015. Works on show include a pair of new limited edition Eyestorm prints and an original painting, all commissioned especially for the space and featuring wine-sipping characters dressed in 1930s attire to reference the history of Fleet Street.

Introducing two new monotype prints by Bristol-based artist John Simpson. Angie talks more about the unique printing process and John’s new work below. On first look at a monotype print, it can be easy to assume it’s a painting.

‘Marianne In Lights’ is our new neon edition by Lucie Bennett. Making its debut at Art Hamptons 2-5th July 2015, where we’ll be showing a selection of Eyestorm works including some original paintings by Lucie, Marianne in Lights is the second neon in the series, and follows the pink ‘Romy In Lights’ earlier this year.

The works in Victoria Browne’s ‘Training Nature’ series immediately catch the eye because it’s unlikely you’ve ever seen anything like them before. My initial thought when I first saw Donut was that it did indeed look like a donut (I hadn’t seen the title at this point) formed of a swarm of bees which had huddled together to make an almost-perfect spherical shape with a hole in it.
