Lucie Bennett’s most recent works are a series of small-scale collages, which we’re offering for the first time today. Angie talks about the work below. Continuing to focus on the female form as her subject matter, for these new card collages Lucie Bennett has returned to a style of working that she first presented back in 2011 with original paintings and limited editions such as Orange Blossom, Koniyoshi, Silver Jungle and Blue Jungle, which saw her focus on block colour rather than the single line.
