ETIENNE CLÉMENT EXHIBITS AT V&A MUSEUM OF CHILDHOOD

Published: 19/2/2010
Te Deum to the Wrath of God (Wendy's World series) by Etienne Clément

A collage of toy figures, miniature magazines and false-modelled landscapes, Etienne Clément's play-mobile-esque 'scenes' subtly reference political, historical and biblical events in a playful and light-hearted manor.

Between 13th February and 25th April, a selection of works from Clément's acclaimed 'Wendy's World' series will be exhibited at the V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green, London.

As part of Time Out's First Thursdays, there will be a private viewing of the exhibition with drinks and an informal talk and Q&A with the artist on Thursday 4th March, 6 - 9pm.

If you would like to attend, please rsvp to be added to the guest list for the evening and we'll see you there.
