After a busy 2014 we’ve been updating our inventory, and in the process can confirm we have only one print remaining of some fantastic pieces. Whether its new edition on the brink of selling out, a piece that may have been hiding away, or something that has recently become available again, the lots in our January auction form an impressive collection of limited editions by names such as Jeff Koons, Peter Blake, Mick Rock and Gavin Turk as well as popular favourites including Jacky Tsai, Lucie Bennett and Henrik Simonsen.

David Jones’ new series of unique paintings depict the ever-changing mudflats of the Thames Estuary. Angie talks more about the work below. I like these new works by David Jones a lot. Over the past few years, this painter has been focusing more on the landscape as opposed to images of people taken from old family photos, which was the main focal point of his work for some time.

It’s not often we take new artists on at Eyestorm, so it’s always exciting for me to present and talk about work for the first time. When I first saw Turkish artist and designer Mehmet Gözetlik’s new series of photographic prints, titled ‘Chinatown’, one of the first things that struck me was how they created such a strong visual narrative, which I found extremely appealing.
