WE ARE HERE TO HELP      

We are happy to help in any way we can, and if you have any special requests please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Our 25 years in the art world means that we can assist and advice to find the piece that's right for you, whether you're buying for decorative or investment purposes.

If you're looking for a special gift we have a number of options from traditional gift vouchers to a gift pool service, where several givers can contribute with individual amounts to a private gift pool.

We are never further away than a phone call or email and we love to speak to our clients, so please don't hold back if you have any questions.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING      

We aim to deliver to your door within 2-10 working days worldwide. Original work can take up to 10 working days, especially if we need to have a crate custom built. Should a delay occur we will keep you fully updated via email and through your Order Status in the Your Account area.

If you have bought an original piece and a custom built crate is required for shipping some additional charges may apply. If this is the case, we will always contact you in advance for your approval of such additional charges.

RETURNS      

You have a right to return any item within 14 days from the date you received it. If for any reason you feel the artwork is not right for you, please do get in touch before returning it to us as we might be able to help you find an alternative piece. Returned items must be in mint condition and the customer covers the cost of the return freight.

Once a returned item has been received and signed for by Eyestorm, we will refund you within 30 days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION      

Payment by debit/credit card. Our policy is to charge your credit card once the artwork leave our premises. Your card company may have a policy to make a reservation for the purchase amount in order to complete the purchase online. If a reservation is made, but no items are shipped within 10 days, the reservation is automatically released again.

Privacy Statement. We never share information with any third parties meaning that your privacy is completely intact when doing business with us.

Safety. Our servers are highly secure and use SSL encryption whenever you input your credit card details. We don’t store your credit card details at any time, but only use it to obtain a reference at the time of purchase.
