'CAPE TOWN' AND 'CINTIA I' APPEAR AT THE LONDON ORIGINAL PRINT FAIR

Last week, Eyestorm attended The London Original Print Fair at the Royal Academy. This was the first time Eyestorm were here in attendence and the stand proved to be a huge success. We had lots of interest from buyers, printmakers and other browsers.

On display at the fair were 2 works by Wallpaper* Selects artists, Jonathan Frantini and Jonathan de Villers. These prints were admired by many, leading people to visit the site later on and take a look more deeply into the works published in conjunction with Wallpaper* magazine.

’Cape Town’ by De Villers caused quite a stir, as many people admired the landscape. A few onlookers even recognised the scenery as a place they used to live or still did reside in, in South Africa.

’Cintia I’ by Frantini was also admired due to it’s architectural lines and beautiful bold blue colours. Liked so much by one couple, that it was sold off the wall.

Eyestorm plan to show at more fares soon due to this success, so look out for the Wallpaper* Selects work soon at a stand near you!
